Injection molding
Our Injection department has 47 presses various tonnage range from 50 Ton up to 1350 twin Ton
(for more information about capability, see the chart below).
To maximize efficiency and minimize costs, the manufacturing processes are highly automated and full production schedules (24 hours/7 days per week) are held during most of the year.
Precision and quality are not sacrificed and quality control checks for color and physical appearance and product tolerance are constantly performed.
